Finding a quality smartphone that doesn't break the bank can be challenging, especially in the Omani market. But 2026 has brought some incredible options for under 100 OMR that rival flagships from just two years ago.
What to Look For in a Budget Phone
Before diving into our picks, here's what matters most in the sub-100 OMR range: battery life (at least 5000mAh), a decent camera sensor (48MP or above), sufficient RAM (6GB minimum), and a smooth display (90Hz or better). These specs ensure your phone won't feel outdated within months.
Our Top Picks
1. Samsung Galaxy A16 — At around 55 OMR, this phone offers a stunning 6.5" AMOLED display, 5000mAh battery, and Samsung's reliable One UI experience. It's hard to beat for the price.
2. Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 — Priced at 65 OMR, the Redmi Note 14 packs a 108MP main camera, 6GB RAM, and 128GB storage. The 120Hz display is butter-smooth for scrolling and gaming.
3. Realme C67 — Coming in at just 45 OMR, the Realme C67 is the value champion. Its 33W fast charging and 5000mAh battery make it perfect for heavy users who don't want to spend much.
Battery Life Comparison
In our real-world tests, all three phones lasted a full day of moderate use. The Samsung Galaxy A16 edged ahead with 1.5 days on a single charge, while the Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 came in a close second. The Realme C67's fast charging compensated for slightly shorter battery life.
